The hotel had nice rooms with a view over Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, a variety in breakfast, and very helpful staff. However, there were street vendors right outside of the hotel. The service was professional, welcoming, and very accommodating, with the manager being particularly impressive. The location was excellent, just steps away from the metro and train terminal, making it convenient to access attractions. The dining experience could be a lot better with more variety. The facilities were satisfactory.
